Custom Orders
Our DTF transfers are custom printed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or customer mistakes in submitted artwork, spelling, image quality, sizing, or layout.

Please review your artwork and order details carefully before purchasing.

Printing Errors or Damaged Transfers
If we make a printing error or your transfers arrive damaged, contact us so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Email Talesha_nelson@yahoo.com with your name, order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the affected transfers. For shipping damage, please include photos of the packaging and keep it until the issue is resolved.

Local Pickup
Please inspect your transfers at pickup and let us know about any visible issues.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
